General information
The PatOMat ontology pattern detection tool focuses on the detection of patterns in ontologies. This detection tool is based on Jena 2.6.212 and Pellet 2.0.113, and enables the processing of a set of SPARQL queries over a set of ontologies, producing a report in terms of numbers of patterns detected and details for each ontology. It process either only asserted axioms or both inferred and asserted axioms of given ontology. This tool is also included in Ontology Transformation framework to some extent.
Tool is delivered in zip archive along with initial instructions.
